"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United
States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be
eligible to the
Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office
who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been
fourteen
Years a Resident within the United States" Article II Section I,
Constitution, United States of America.
That's quite a plain and straightforward set of requirements for those
seeking to be President-just three little things. You would think we would
never
have a problem with anyone trying to sneak past these points, but I'm sad
to say we do.
One of the grandest myths of the past couple of years is the lie that
Barack Obama has proven his eligibility to be President-he has done no
such thing,
nor has he been called upon to do so by those in authority. The lie that
Obama has proven himself is repeated ad nauseam by the mouths of the
leftist media
and Washington spokesmen. I marvel at the vicious passion they display on
this topic.
But, guess what! It's not just those on the left, but also many on the
right, who treat the subject of Obama's eligibility as kryptonite. I
assume they
fear being painted as nutjobs, or maybe they fear something worse
happening to them. Why? Because the left has waged a massive, blaring
campaign to discredit
and demean the many millions of Americans who ask the simple question,
"Where was Barack Obama born?" It is an amazing thing to see how the left,
and some
on the right, go into rabid overdrive when this subject is broached.
Please don't repeat the big lie to me that the online image of that
computer-generated document proves Obama was born in Hawaii. It does not.
Assuming it
is a legitimate document, it only proves that Obama was born alive, but it
does not establish where he was born, since Hawaii would issue those
certifications
to babies born outside of the United States. Nor do two newspaper
announcements establish where he was born.
If he was born in the United States, why all the secrecy? If he was born
in the U.S., it is possible that he renounced his U.S. citizenship at some
point,
which would nullify his eligibility to be president. At the very least, he
would have been born with dual citizenship, as his father was a British
subject
at the time of Obama's birth, making Obama Constitutionally ineligible to
be president. Understand that I am not claiming to know where Obama was
born.
I do not know. What I do know is that he is hiding something quite
significant.
The media campaign to label as wackos those of us who demand to see proof
of Obama's eligibility is successful to the point that, "Oh, I'm no
'birther!'"
is a common disclaimer out of the the mouths of politicians and pundits on
the right who are offering any criticism of Obama's agenda. Again, I
wonder,
of what are they afraid?
What about all the judges who have almost uniformly ruled no one "has
standing" to bring suit against the Obama administration? There have been
numerous
lawsuits demanding that Obama prove his Constitutional eligibility to
serve as President, and with nearly no exceptions, judges refuse to hear
the cases.
How can American citizens have "no standing" to bring a case against a
potential usurper to our presidency? If we don't have standing, then who
does?
Who is getting to all these judges? I know there are many, many leftist
judges in our courts, but not all of them are. Are these judges receiving
credible
death threats toward themselves or their families? Is this what causes
them, almost to a man, to toss out these legitimate lawsuits? It is
astonishing
and perplexing. The Obama administration has, so far, apparently spent
close to two million dollars fighting the release of his pertinent
documents.
This is about much more than a copy of an original long-form birth
certificate. Unlike our previous presidents, almost none of Obama's past
documentation
has been made available to the public. Hidden deep in the cavernous well
of mystery of Obama's past, lie his school records, which include
kindergarten,
Punahou school, Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard, plus
his theses and other articles that would have been written, his medical
records,
his passport records (which would likely be very revealing), his complete
records from his time in the Illinois state senate, his adoption records,
his
mother's marriage and divorce records, and his Illinois state bar
association records.
His missing college records are important, because they could indicate
that he received financial aid as a foreign student. Who did fund his
college expenses?
Harvard ain't cheap, you know.
So, this week the video surfaces of Michelle Obama giving her speech in
which she casually names Kenya as Obama's "home country". This has served
to ramp
up the debate, and I'm wondering why this video is popping up just now,
when that speech was given back in 2008.
Massive credit must be given to Joseph Farah and the hardworking staff at
World Net Daily for their bold and tireless efforts to get to the bottom
of the
Obama nativity story. They have done all the heavy lifting and research
and have taken harsh arrows of derision from the left and many on the
right for
keeping this issue alive. But, they're not going to drop it, and I commend
them.
Glenn Beck, Andrew Breitbart and Bill O'Reilly come to mind as those on
the "conservative" side who suddenly sound like they're on MSNBC when it
comes to
the Obama eligibility subject. The common argument is that there are so
many other, more important, issues for which to criticize the Obama
administration
without having to go to that "stupid birther" topic. Allow me to point out
the obvious and the bottom line here. If Obama actually is
Constitutionally
ineligible to serve as President of the United States, then every single
decree, piece of congressional legislation and executive order that has
crossed
Obama's desk since January 20, 2009 is null and void. His entire
presidency is invalidated, and he should stand trial for his crimes
against our country.
I'm certainly not holding my breath here for the truth to be manifest. But
now, each day brings new, horrifying revelations about what is in this
hellish
Obamacare legislation. Our chances of defeating it in the courts are
daunting. If only the truth about Obama's past were brought to light,
Obamacare would
be negated.
Do those in power on the right fear riots in the streets if Obama is
exposed as the fraud so many of us suspect he is? I don't know, and I
don't really
care what they fear. I don't care who wants to label me as a nutcase for
demanding that the Constitution be upheld. If we don't stand up for the
Constitution,
it will be buried by the communists who currently run our government. They
are going to ram through every abominable, anti-Constitutional piece of
legislation
they can get their dirty hands on before the November elections.
Those of us who smell a big, fat rat in Obama's past must not fear being
labeled crazy for speaking out against this potential usurper of our
presidency-labeling
us wacky is the best they can do instead of revealing the truth about
Obama. Now, more than ever, we must turn up the heat, turn up the volume
on demanding
this man prove to our nation that he is legally occupying the White House.
There is nothing crazy about insisting that our precious Constitution be upheld.
Don't back down or be afraid to speak your mind on this paramount subject,
my friends!
Mr. Obama, where's the birth certificate?
